Role Description The Escrow Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesa, AZ, responsible for managing residential real estate escrow files from opening to closing. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing escrow instructions, closing documents, settlement statements, and ensuring all conditions are satisfied prior to closing. The role involves coordinating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties to obtain signatures, collect funds, and disburse proceeds in accordance with regulatory and company requirements. The Escrow Officer will conduct or coordinate closings, perform notarizations when applicable, resolve issues that arise during the transaction, and maintain accurate records and compliance with state and company guidelines. Consistent, professional communication and a strong focus on client service are central to this position.

- Candidates should possess expertise in real estate closings, including preparing settlement statements and guiding all parties through the closing process.
- Candidates should possess notary skills, with current Notary Public commission in Arizona or the ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
- Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, including clear communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple clients and files simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of residential real estate practices, title insurance, and relevant Arizona real estate and escrow regulations.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience as an Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant, proficiency with escrow and title software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
