Marketer

Account executives do you have real estate agents, investor, or loan officer contacts? If so, Title Inc wants to talk to you. Work as little or as much as you wish. We are currently seeking inexperienced or experienced Title Insurance marketers. Whether you have a well-established client base or need help taking your business to the next level, we want to chat.

Increase overall resale and refinance market share in the Michigan market by building strong relationships with REALTORS, mortgage brokers and loan originators, banks, credit unions and investors.

Interested in learning to make cold calls, prospecting for leads, as well as maintaining current customer’s needs. Strong social media presence is a plus. Develop and initiate new sales and marketing ideas. Actively pursue office presentations with office brokers and staff

Knowledge of real estate business is extremely helpful.

Attending outside functions both during the day and some evenings Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in group settings Maintain a professional appearance and providing a positive company image

EDUCATION:
Minimum High School or equivalent (required) Degree in Sales and Marketing (preferred)

EXPERIENCE:
2-5 years of successful sales experience in the Real Estate or Mortgage industry

JOB DESCRIPTION

• New Sales development
• 100 phone sales calls per day to mortgage/real estate industry
• Cold prospect on the phone and sell on the phone
• Cold call to get new title orders
• Must be computer literate to data mine for clients
• Then sell those you have data mined

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Minimum one year sales experience
• Sold insurance, mortgages, stocks or anything on the phone successfully for at least 1 year
• 1 year of prospecting on the phone for new clients in any industry
• Retirees welcome

COMPENSATION

• Make over $30,000 per year - Retirees welcome!!
• This is a commission only position

Bi lingual english/spanish is a big plus.
