Job Overview:
Seeking: a personable, detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Escrow Processor. You are bright, a self-starter, ready to learn a lot, and a people person who is looking to advance in our company. We will train.
Primary Duties:
- Coordinate amongst the many parties for smooth closings including buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders
- Support 2 Escrow Officers – track deadlines, process files, handle inbound calls, greet customers, handle recordings and closing packages
- Review real estate contracts and input initial information
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to review a contract, proof-read
- Strong customer communication
- Robust computer skills
- Multi-task and Prioritize tasks in a fast-paces environment
