As one of our Team Members, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our Studio. The successful candidate will be an essential part of our team, contributing to our commitment to excellence and hygiene. position is an hourly (non-exempt) position that provides a base hourly rate. Your earning potential is limited only by your own personal drive and willingness to succeed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide the highest level of customer service possible when communicating and interacting with guests
- General Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of the premises by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper recycling practices are followed.
- Organizing Work Spaces: Tidy up work areas, common rooms, and storage spaces, keeping them free of clutter.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, restocking supplies as needed.
- Supply Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Special Projects: Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned, such as deep cleaning or preparation for special events.
- Communication: Work effectively with other team members and communicate any maintenance or cleanliness issues to management.
Qualifications:
- Competitive drive to succeed in a commission sales and performance based culture

- Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills and passion for helping others lead healthy and fit lives
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be physically able to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
