What are the responsibilities and job description for the HYBRID BOXING + PILATES/SCULPT COACH — TITLE BOXING CLUB NASHVILLE position at Title Boxing Club?
Position Overview
We've launched a new hybrid class, Box Sculpt, blending our signature boxing format with a mat-based, Pilates-inspired sculpt session — and we're looking for dynamic coaches to bring it to life.
A TITLE Hybrid Coach leads high-energy classes that combine heavy-bag boxing rounds with Pilates-inspired core work and sculpt sequences. You don't need to be a boxing expert on day one — we'll teach you our fundamentals. What matters most is your ability to motivate, connect, and deliver an unforgettable group fitness experience.
If you're a Pilates, yoga, sculpt, barre, or group fitness instructor who loves coaching form, flow, and energy, you'll thrive here.
