Position Overview
Step into the ring as a Coach and make an impact every single day. At TITLE Boxing Club, you’ll lead high-energy group classes and one-on-one training sessions that push members past their limits and toward their goals. Your energy, voice, and actions set the tone—you’ll motivate, challenge, and inspire every punch, every round, and every victory. Be the coach who keeps members coming back, stronger and more confident than ever.
Qualifications
- A true passion for fitness and helping people live stronger, healthier lives
- Boxing or group fitness experience (highly encouraged!)
- Solid understanding of physical fitness principles and proper exercise techniques
- Outgoing, energetic, positive, and motivational personality
- Strong desire to inspire and support others on their fitness journey
- Dedicated work ethic with a team-player mindset
- Excellent verbal communication skills that engage and energize members
- Strong organizational skills to keep classes flowing and members on track
Education & Certifications
Preferred (but not required):
- Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness, or a related field OR a nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute, C.H.E.K., IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.)
- CPR/First Aid/AED Certification

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Daily activities may include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, and spotting members.
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of standing and walking during classes and training sessions.

Pay: $30.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
