Title Alliance is looking for a Title Processor for our Devon, PA Location:
The Processor is responsible for supporting title and escrow functions including pre-closing and post-closing duties while coordinating with agents and lenders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the preliminary settlement statements.
- Coordinate closing of transaction with applicable parties, such as agents and lenders.
- Order necessary items for transactions, such as condo/HOA statements, tax certifications, payoff statements, surveys, and bring downs/updates.
- Process incoming and outgoing recordings.
- Prepare and make bank deposits and disburse funds in accordance with the signed settlement statement.

- Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities.

- Must comply and adhere to the practices set forth in the TA way.
- Responsible for delivering high level customer service.
- Other duties as required
Other Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1 year industry experience performing the title and escrow duties of this position.
- Notary or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Demonstrated effective customer service experience to a diverse audience to enhance service delivery, with an emphasis on excellent phone etiquette.
- Carries out duties in compliance with all federal and state regulations and guidelines.
- Complies with all company and site policies and procedures:
Remains current in profession and industry trends
- Ability to work effectively with others and have critical thinking skills to solve problems.
- MS Office in the preparation and execution of your duties and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of title industry software, ResWare preferred.
- Familiar with title and escrow regulations in the state where employed.
- Familiar with E-Recording if applicable, Simplifile preferred
Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements
Education
Must have high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
