Plumbing and Heating Technician

Titanium Plumbing & Heating, LLC. is seeking a full time plumbing and heating technician to join our team!

Come join our growing team! We are seeking a knowledgeable plumbing and heating technician with 5 years of experience.

Duties:
· Install, repair, and maintain heating systems in residential and commercial buildings ·Perform preventative maintenance and ensure systems are running at peak performance
· Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
· Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
· Use hand and power tools to cut, bend, thread, and connect pipes
· Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations

Requirements:

· Experience in both commercial and residential plumbing including maintaining, repairing, and installing services

·Experience installing and repairing both commercial and residential rough plumbing and plumbing fixtures, including but not limited to, toilets, water heaters, sinks, and bathtubs.

· Experience with hydronic boilers, high efficiency boilers and combi units, and steam boiler installation and service

· Work with equipment vendors to properly identify necessary parts for system repairs

· Proven experience in a similar role
· Strong knowledge of pipe threading techniques and pipe materials
· Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed
