Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Director located in Duluth, GA. The Community Director will oversee the daily operations of an assigned property, ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing property staff, overseeing property marketing and leasing efforts, maintaining budgets, and executing strategies to improve resident retention. Additionally, the Community Director will ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Resident Retention to foster a positive community atmosphere and enhance resident satisfaction
- Experience in Property Management and adherence to best practices in managing daily property operations
- Proficiency in Budgeting, with the ability to monitor and manage expenses effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with residents, staff, and stakeholders
- Ability to lead and motivate a team for operational success
- Working knowledge of property management software and reporting tools
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field required
