E-Scooter & E-Bike Field Operator (Independent Contractor)

TitanBay Logistics LLC is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform field operations for shared e-scooters and e-bikes throughout the Cleveland area. This is flexible, active outdoor work using your own vehicle and smartphone.

This is not food or package delivery. Contractors locate vehicles through a mobile app and complete assigned field tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Rebalance e-scooters and e-bikes by moving them to designated parking locations
• Recover vehicles that must be returned to the warehouse
• Safely load, transport, unload, and properly park vehicles
• Scan vehicle QR codes and complete each task correctly through the mobile app
• Follow parking, placement, safety, and photo-verification requirements
• Report damaged or inaccessible vehicles

Compensation:

• Paid weekly through direct deposit
• 150 completed tasks equals $450
• Potential weekly earnings of approximately $450–$1,500, depending on completed task volume and task availability
• This is task-based compensation, not an hourly wage
• Tasks and earnings are not guaranteed

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule
• Daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend opportunities may be available
• Contractors choose their own working times based on available tasks
• A minimum of 150 successfully completed tasks per week is expected to maintain an active operational account
• Accounts may be deactivated after 10 consecutive days of inactivity

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
• Pickup truck, cargo van, minivan, SUV, or vehicle capable of transporting scooters is strongly preferred
• Smartphone with an active data plan
• Ability to repeatedly lift, load, and unload e-scooters and e-bikes
• Ability to work outdoors and drive throughout the Cleveland area
• Must be dependable, responsive, and able to work without direct supervision
• Previous delivery, rideshare, warehouse, moving, logistics, or gig-work experience is helpful but not required

Contractor Classification:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own vehicle, fuel, insurance, taxes, equipment, and operating expenses. A completed W-9 and direct-deposit information will be required before payment.

Training and instructions will be provided. Immediate openings are available.

Pay: $450.00 - $1,500.00 per week
