Titan Wheel is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Setup/Panel Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring control panels and machinery to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Set up and calibrate machines and control panels according to production specifications.
- Operate panel controls to start, stop, and adjust machinery during production runs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with control panels, PLCs, and automated machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Monitor equipment performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Knowledge of lock-out-tag-out.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.77 - $24.42 per hour
