- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional assistance as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling when processing payments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly desirable.

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
