We provide tower maintenance and construction all over NC, SC, TN and VA. In this industry, you must be dependable and have the ability to climb at great heights in all weather conditions. Heavy lifting is also required, as we do work with steel. As we always try to ensure everyone has a good work/life balance, there will be some out of town work. While out of town, Titan Towers will cover all hotel expenses, paid travel and a daily per diem. Experienced and talented technicians are a plus, however we do provide paid in-house training and certifications. Hourly wages are based on experience. Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication towers, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Execute climbing tasks and heavy lifting as required to access equipment at heights.
- Utilize rigging techniques and field service skills to support tower operations.
- Conduct fiber splicing and work with various voltage systems, including high and low voltage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in rigging and climbing techniques for tower installations and maintenance
- Experience in field service within the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems
- Skilled in fiber splicing and 5G/4G/LTE technologies
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
