Titan International Inc. , a global leading wheel and tire assembly manufacturer for the agriculture, construction, forestry and mining markets, has an opening for a Facility Maintenance Manager.
The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for maximizing availability of all plant equipment and thus ensures security of production understanding that the direction of all routine maintenance activities shall be in line with company operating policies and procedures and shall ensure compliance with safety, legislative, environmental and certifying authority requirements. Uses independent judgement and exercises discretion in executing their duties. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, and/or equivalent of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Five (5) years of experience in facility maintenance. Experience in estimating maintenance and repair costs, a plus. Ability to lead a multitask team as a supervisor and in technical capacity. Good knowledge of maintenance method and equipment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good verbal and written communication.
Safety: Must follow safety rules and safe practices to prevent injury to self and others. Must wear all required safety equipment and/or tools required for this position. Hearing protection, safety glasses, and safety shoes are requires. Other safety equipment as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise facility maintenance personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities, grounds, equipment, and building systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards through inspections, training, and continuous monitoring.
- Coordinate facility inspections, fire safety programs, equipment evaluations, and maintenance recordkeeping to maintain operational readiness.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage facility improvement projects, equipment replacements, and contractor/vendor activities.
- Develop maintenance budgets, evaluate long-term capital needs, and provide recommendations related to facility and equipment investments.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on maintenance procedures, equipment operation, and workplace safety practices.
- Monitor maintenance performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment availability and support uninterrupted production.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
