Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, ServiceNow Systems Engineer to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally.
Job description:
Systems Engineers perform engineering level support in accordance with the SIE OPORD. In addition to in-depth technical knowledge of the Government's software and hardware, Systems Engineers need advanced analytical, troubleshooting and design skills. The ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users also is essential. Systems Engineers must be familiar with the systems engineering process and data as a fundamental building block for performance improvement. Participation in working groups, design reviews and system tests are required. This position will help generate assessments, as well as develop and implement actionable recommendations based on reviews. Systems Engineers require extensive knowledge of the development process, including specification, documentation, and quality assurance. Because of the broad range of demands Systems Engineers must have demonstrated strong project planning skills are preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions in ServiceNow aligned with ITIL-based processes.
- Build and maintain platform modules with experience integrating ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, leveraging Integration Hub, and implementing User Access Management and Access Review workflows.
- Perform system patching, upgrades, and plugin installations while ensuring reliable interconnectivity between systems and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement automated workflows, business rules, and scripts.
- Maintain ServiceNow integrations and ensure platform stability and data integrity.
- Support platform upgrades and release readiness activities.
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Produce user documentation and training materials as needed.
- Stay current with ServiceNow innovations and drive adoption of best practices.
You MUST have:
- A DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
- 5 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- DoD 8570 IAT II Certification
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX).
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB architecture.
- Potential to work shifts during exercises.
It's GREAT if you also have:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred).
- Experience with ServiceNow On-Prem instance implementation, management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Linux/Red Hat.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL (MariaDB).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile development and change management experience is a plus.

- High School Diploma with 9 years of experience OR AA 7 yrs of experience OR BS 5 years of experience OR MS 3 years of experience
