Titan Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems. The Senior Systems Administrator will ensure reliability, security, and performance across Windows Server environments, Office 365, Active Directory, and enterprise IT infrastructure within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems.
- Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and operational support.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and policy requirements.
- Communicate with vendors as needed to support system operations and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
- Support hybrid environments and cloud integration/migration for enterprise applications.
You MUST have:
- 7 years of systems administration experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server (2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or modern equivalents such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- ITIL 4 Foundation (preferred)
- A DoD Secret clearance is required.
It’s great if you also have:
- Proficiency with Office 365, Teams, and Microsoft enterprise tools.
- Strong PowerShell and scripting capabilities.
- Experience with PKI, authentication protocols, and enterprise security standards.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (firewalls, routing, switching).
- Experience supporting cloud services (Azure, AWS, hybrid).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
