Marketing Director

Titan Talent is conducting a confidential search for a Marketing Director on behalf of a growing Retail client. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives, supporting brand growth, and helping drive overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, leadership ability, and hands-on marketing experience within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day marketing operations and initiatives
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support company growth objectives
• Manage and mentor a marketing team while fostering collaboration and accountability
• Support brand positioning, messaging, and overall market presence
• Analyze market trends and performance data to help guide decision-making
• Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment across business functions
• Oversee various marketing campaigns, promotional efforts, and digital initiatives
• Manage budgets, outside vendors, and marketing resources effectively
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and increased market visibility
• Stay informed on industry trends and evolving marketing best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• 7 years of progressive marketing leadership experience
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and marketing analytics
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience managing budgets and multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends as needed
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required
