Duties
- Set up and operate grinding machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and technical specifications.
- Reading blueprints is a plus to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to verify dimensions and maintain quality control standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, including tool changes and troubleshooting mechanical issues..
Requirements
- Some mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, technical drawings is a plus.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools is a plus.
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.
