Summary of Responsibility:
- Assemble and mount tires on wheels according to specifications.
- Inspect tires and wheels for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. May also substitute company-provided GED Works program within 1 year of hire.
- Previous experience in tire and wheel assembly is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to perform physical labor, including loading and unloading trucks.
