We’re seeking a Global Quality Director to join our Titan Specialty team. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance meet and exceed customer expectations. The Quality Leader will oversee the entire Quality function, including Quality Managers, Engineers, and Assurance teams, while partnering closely with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers. This position plays a critical leadership role in driving continuous improvement, strengthening quality systems, and delivering best-in-class products and processes.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement Quality strategy aligned with business and operational goals
- Drive initiatives to improve product quality, reduce variability, and optimize production performance
- Lead / participate in supplier selection, development, approval, and post launch supplier management activities.
- Ensure high First Pass Yield, reduced waste, and improved on-time delivery metrics
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to strengthen operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
- Oversee policies, procedures, work instructions, and training programs
- Establish key performance metrics and identify best practices
- Manage internal audit programs and lead management reviews
- Monitor and measure process performance, including capability indices for critical characteristics
- Respond to out-of-tolerance conditions and lead corrective action initiatives
- Support improvement programs to stabilize and enhance process capability
- Drive product and process improvements across manufacturing operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Managers, Engineers, and Assurance team members
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to address quality requirements and technical support needs
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred); Master’s/MBA a plus
- 10 years of quality leadership in manufacturing (global experience preferred)
- Strong background in process improvement, QMS, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to drive change and improve quality performance in complex environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen
- Experience influencing executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Results-driven, with a high sense of urgency and execution focus
- Strategic thinker able to translate challenges into actionable solutions
- High integrity, sound judgment, and leadership presence
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
