Titan Security, a leading provider of specialized security services, is currently hiring for Security Officers to join our elite team.
Responsibilities
Maintain access control procedures set by property management.
Effectively utilize access control systems, visitor management systems, and CCTV systems as needed.
Identify all patrons and/or visitors upon arrival.
Ensure visitors and vendors are properly approved and directed to the appropriate area of the property.
Observe departing personnel to guard against theft of tenant or building property.
Monitor security cameras within the facility.
Respond to incidents, including property emergencies.
Conduct general patrols of the entire property during various hours, if required.
Assist patrons and visitors with directions and general business information.
Closely record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning equipment, to property and Titan management.
Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
Additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Hold an Active Guard License
- Hold a High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
Prior experience as a security officer is preferred. Additionally, you will need to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
