What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Person position at Titan Property Management?
Hotel Maintenance - Support the operations of Extended Stay Hotel in the greater Little Rock/Central Arkansas area.
**Must have your own reliable transportation and good attitude**.
Perform basic maintenance, pick up the grounds, move furniture, help clean rooms when long term guests leave.
Minor to advanced plumbing, electrical, construction, repair, etc skills are a big plus.
The higher level of experience and skills, the more consideration for initial higher pay, and the better the opportunities for advancement.
Minor is along the lines of "can plunge a toilet and maybe change a p-trap on a sink". Advanced would be along the lines of "can snake out a system, find a leak, rework a drain".
Similar for electrical, etc.
If you have a good attitude we can train you for anything else you need to know!! We are a growing company with potential for advancement.
Option to live onsite is available.
Must pass background check and drug screen and it is preferable to be able to live onsite.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
