Registered Nurse (RN) Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) is needed in Panama City, FL.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $27.72-$39.60 15 years depending on experience. If you have CNA, LPN, Surg Tech, or Paramedic experience it will count towards your RN experience
- Nights (Rotating Weekends)
- Mixed (Rotating Weekends)
- Weekends: $1.50(F-Sun)
- Night Differential: $4.00
- Sign on: 15k paid over 2 years

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care from minor injuries to critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with a supportive team for excellent patient care.
- Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages.
- Develop and manage individualized patient care plans.
- Prioritize multiple cases, ensuring patient needs are met.
- Offer follow-up care instructions and referrals.
- Coordinate with physicians and hospital departments.
- Focus on patient-centered care and safety awareness.
Requirements
- A current FL RN license or appropriate compact licensure is required. If a compact license is held, an active FL RN license is required within 90 days of hire.
- 3 years of recent (Within the last year) Acute Care ER RN experience.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting (within the last year) RN experience
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
