We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in West Plains, Missouri who wants meaningful patient relationships, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to practice medicine without the pressure of a high-volume system.
You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care. You'll have significant autonomy, strong clinical support, and the flexibility to help shape your practice and schedule.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $220,000–$250,000
• Performance incentives available
