Primary Care Physician (PCP)

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Fairmont, West Virginia who wants leadership influence, mission-driven work, and strong financial stability. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on comprehensive primary care while serving as Medical Director one day per week. This is an 80% clinical and 20% administrative position where you’ll oversee providers, support clinical quality initiatives, and help guide operational efficiency with strong autonomy and executive collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits
• $215,000–$230,000 base salary (clinical)
• $150/hour for administrative time
