Salary and Benefits
- Salary range of $240,000 to $260,000 annually
- Up to $20,000 in bonuses within the first year, with increased potential as a partner
- Partnership eligibility within 12–18 months with no buy-in; partners typically earn over $300,000 annually
- 33 total paid days off annually
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and supplemental options
- 401(k) retirement plan with 5.5% employer match
$3,500 CME allowance plus 1 week off for CME
Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM
- Manage an average of 18 patients per day
- Small patient panel capped at 450 to ensure quality care
- 100% outpatient care with no nights, weekends, or holidays
- Scheduled administrative time included
- Work with a dedicated care team including a personal medical assistant
- Serve senior patients typically managing 3–5 chronic conditions
- Practice within a value-based, patient-centered care model
- Participate in an on-call rotation every 20 to 30 weeks, territory-based
- Collaborate with in-house specialists including Cardiology and Podiatry
- Access to holistic health programs including acupuncture, yoga, Tai Chi, and nutrition
- Patients provided with door-to-door transportation
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
