We’re hiring a Pediatrician in Adams, Massachusetts who wants meaningful work, excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity to improve the health of children and families throughout the Berkshires.
You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on preventive care, well-child visits, acute pediatric concerns, chronic disease management, and family education. You'll be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in patient care.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $178,500–$206,500
• Health insurance (Employer pays approximately 75%)

• 40 CME hours annually
• Loan repayment assistance up to $75,000
