We’re hiring a Registered Nurse in Panama City, Florida who wants stability, strong pay, and the ability to grow in a fast-paced acute care setting.
You’ll step into a clinical hospital-based role focused on assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care within a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. This is a true acute care environment where your critical thinking skills matter. You’ll work independently while being supported by a collaborative team.

• You are a licensed Florida RN or compact RN willing to obtain a Florida license within 60 days

Compensation & Benefits
• $29.92–$44.88 per hour based on experience
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for days or $15,000 for nights
