This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.
- Hourly Rate- Flat rate of $40.00 an hour (no matter on years of experience)
- Night shift Diff: $3.00
- Weekend Diff: $2.00
- Sign-on Bonus – $20,000 for nights, $10,000 for days.

Responsibilities
- Shifts Available
- Days: 7 am -7 pm (Rotating weekends)
- Nights: 7 pm-7 am (Rotating weekends)
- You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
- Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Requirements
- 2 years of recent Med/Surg Acute Care RN Experience (within the last 2 years) Med/surg Exp required
- Flexibility with floating to multiple units in a must.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation. State of Florida license or appropriate compact licensure. If Florida is not the primary State on the multi-state license must establish Florida as primary on the license within 90 days of hire or within 90 days of establishing residency in Florida (whichever is sooner).
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
- Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting are required.
