This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.
- Hourly Rate-$27.72 - $39.60 depending on years of experience)
- Night shift Diff: $3.00
- Weekend Diff: $2.00
- Sign-on Bonus – Up to $20,000 case-by-case

Responsibilities
- Shifts Available
- Days: 7 am -7 pm (Rotating weekends)
- Nights: 7 pm-7 am (Rotating weekends)
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
- Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Requirements
- 1 year of Recent RN experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure before start is required
- Current BLS required
- Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
