Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) or 4 10s
- Hybrid Schedule Available
- Willing to work one evening a week (until 7PM)
- Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services to clients age 5 experiencing behavioral health challenges or substance use concerns.
- Create customized treatment plans while working closely with medical and clinical partners.
- Complete thorough evaluations and implement proven, clinically sound therapeutic approaches.
- Document all services promptly and accurately within the electronic health record system, following state and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and respond to urgent client needs, including crisis situations.
- Take part in regular supervision, training, and continuing education to strengthen skills and support long-term success.
Requirements
- LMHC in the state of New York
- Excellent verbal and written skills
