We’re hiring a Hospice Nurse Practitioner in Roswell, Georgia who wants meaningful patient relationships, no call responsibilities, and a role that grows into a full-time $120K–$130K opportunity.

You’ll step into a clinical, home-based role focused on hospice and palliative follow-up visits throughout the Roswell area. Most visits are with established patients, allowing you to build continuity and truly impact quality of life. This position starts at 30 hours per week and is expected to grow into full-time as census expands.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $90,000–$97,500 (30 hours/week, negotiable)
• Full-time equivalent: $120,000–$130,000 as role expands
