Salary and Benefits
- The pay for this position starts at $100,000 - $120,000
- Yearly bonus based on quality and productivity
- Health Insurance – Employer covers 80% (Employee: $41.04 - $164.38 per month)

Responsibilities
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm) & Thursday (10:30am – 7:00pm)
- Providing primary care to patients of all ages
Requirements
- Clear and active FNP license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages
