Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $255,000 - $290,000
• Provider Bonus Plan
• Longevity Pay $5,000 added to salary every five years
• Sign-on Bonus with two or more years of commitment

Responsibilities:

• Providing Primary Care to Patients of All Ages in a Family Practice clinic setting
• 5-Day Week (90% Clinical / 10% Admin)
• Monday – Friday (8AM – 5PM)
• 22 Patients Per Day
• 100% Outpatient Ambulatory Services

Requirements:

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach in primary care
• Clear and Active Medical License in the State of California
• M.D. or D.O.
• Current and Active DEA Registration
• Board-certified or Board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
• New Grads Will be Considered
