Family Medicine Physician (FP) – Faculty Opportunity
We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Valparaiso, Indiana who wants to combine meaningful patient care with academic involvement—without sacrificing work-life balance.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on chronic disease management, preventive services, and whole-person care. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you’ll serve as faculty in a Physician Residency Program, mentoring and guiding the next generation of physicians while maintaining professional autonomy.

• Base salary starting at $240,000
