We’re hiring a Director of Surgical Services who wants executive-level impact, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to lead a large, established perioperative operation.
You’ll step into an acute-care leadership role overseeing 12 operating rooms, approximately 120 staff, and multiple surgical and procedural departments. You’ll have the autonomy to drive quality, staffing, patient experience, growth, and financial performance while partnering closely with physicians and executive leadership.

• You understand quality, regulatory compliance, budgeting, staffing, and surgical operations
• You value accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $135,907–$176,675
• 17.5% annual target bonus based on hospital metrics
