You’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry in a well-supported outpatient clinic serving adults and children, with the autonomy to focus on quality care.

• Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility

Compensation & Benefits
• Starting salary: $169,000; range up to $180,000
• Experienced candidates requesting up to $185,000 considered for review
• Performance incentive up to $13,000 annually, subject to eligibility
• Employer pays 80% of health insurance premiums
• Medical PPO or QHDHP; dental and vision coverage
• $500 employer HSA contribution with QHDHP
• 403(b) retirement with employer matching up to 4%
• Employer-paid life, AD&D, and disability insurance
• NHSC student loan repayment opportunities up to $55,000, subject to eligibility
