This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly Rate - $32.62 - $48.93
- $3 shift diff
- Shift: M-F w/rotating weekends; 5 x 8 schedule

Responsibilities
- Evaluating, planning, directing, and administering occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician in the inpatient and/or outpatient setting.
- Provide direct care to patients throughout their lifespan
- You will coordinate, delegate, and supervise responsibilities assigned to supportive staff.
- You will communicate and assist in resolving problems.
- Contribute to performance improvement and program growth.
- You will participate in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety, and fire safety programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
- 1-2 Years of Hand therapist Experience Preferred.
- License to Practice Occupational Therapy in Florida.
- BLS Certification.
