Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Greensboro, NC. This position is with a financially stable and well-managed primary care organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to adult patients aged 17 and up, with an average patient age of 45-50. Greensboro, known as the “Gate City,” is a thriving community offering a blend of urban amenities, historical charm, and proximity to beautiful outdoor spaces.
Salary and Benefits
- Estimated Total Annual Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000
- Profit Sharing: $15,000 to $20,000 annually
- Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance: Employer covers 85%

- Student Loan Repayment: $350 monthly
- Paid Time Off: Three weeks (15 days), plus five additional days for CME with a $1,500 allowance

- Work-Life Balance: No evening shifts; closed for one full week annually
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients (ages 17 and up)
- See 20-25 patients per day, with 3-20 minute slots per hour on average
- Work a 4-day workweek, scheduled for a maximum of 35 patient-facing hours and a minimum of 5 administrative hours
- Administrative work can be done from home
- Participate in a Saturday rotation, working one full Saturday per month (8 AM to 5 PM) and potentially two shorter Saturdays (8 AM to 2 PM)
- Provide on-call support once every 12 weeks, limited to phone response for urgent clinical issues (approximately 3 calls per week)
Schedule
- Clinic Hours:
- Monday and Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (rotational coverage)
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in the State of North Carolina
- Fluent Spanish proficiency required
- Desired skills in joint injections, extracting toenails, minor surgeries, urgent care procedures, and incisions
