What You’ll Do

As a Neighborhood Sales Representative, you’ll become the face of Titan in the communities we serve.

You’ll spend much of your day outside meeting homeowners, introducing them to our services, educating them on pest prevention, and helping them choose the right protection plan for their home. You’ll also spend time in the office collaborating with your team, following up with customers, and managing your sales pipeline.

Your responsibilities include:

· Build relationships with homeowners through neighborhood marketing and door-to-door prospecting.

· Conduct friendly, consultative conversations that identify customer needs and recommend the right pest protection solutions.

· Generate new recurring residential service agreements.

· Follow up on open estimates and leads to help customers make confident buying decisions.

· Reconnect with former customers and earn back their business.

· Cross-sell additional services including termite protection, mosquito control, rodent control, and specialty pest solutions.

· Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

· Work closely with our operations team to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from the first conversation through their first service.

· Represent the Titan brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. If you bring the right attitude and work ethic, we’ll provide the training and coaching to help you succeed.

What We’re Looking For

· Must be 18 years old

· 1 sales or customer service experience (home services or pest control industry preferred)

· Valid Drivers License, with a clean driving record, pre-employment drug screen

· Persuasive, resilient, and motivated by goals

· Organized and able to juggle multiple leads, follow-ups, and outbound campaigns

· Tech savvy and comfortable with CRMs and sales tools

· Team-oriented, but thrives working independently in a performance-driven role
