About the Role
Titan Office Cleaning Crestview, LLC is hiring experienced hotel housekeepers for a seasonal placement at a full-service hotel property in Miramar Beach, FL. You will be the cornerstone of the guest experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards across guest rooms and public areas so every guest walks into a space that feels welcoming, spotless, and cared for.
This is a W-2 position with consistent daytime hours, above-market pay, and a monthly attendance bonus. If you take pride in your work, show up reliably, and know your way around a hotel room, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Thoroughly cleaning and turning over guest rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms to hotel brand standards
- Handling floor care, chemical agent use, and janitorial duties using appropriate equipment and following SDS guidelines
- Maintaining public areas so they are tidy, sanitized, and inviting at all times
- Following property dress code, housekeeping procedures, and hotel emergency protocols
- Reporting to the hotel's on-site housekeeping manager
Schedule
- Monday through Sunday on a rotating schedule (5 days on, 2 days off)
- Weekday shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Weekend shifts: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Weekend rotation: 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month required
- You will always know your schedule a week in advance.

What We Are Looking For
- Hotel housekeeping experience required with minimum 6 months in a hotel or resort setting
- Knowledge of floor cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and hotel emergency procedures
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely following SDS guidelines
- Physical stamina for lifting, manual handling, vacuuming, and prolonged standing throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
- Friendly, professional attitude toward guests and team members
- Must provide verifiable references from a previous hotel or hospitality employer — all references will be checked
- Must be willing to work 1 weekend rotation per month
- Must pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
