Job Title: Client Success Specialist (Full Time)

Job Description
Become an integral part of TITAN Mobile Shredding’s mission to provide premier information and product destruction services while ensuring seamless operational flow. We are seeking a driven, personable Client Success Specialist to support our daily operations and help grow our client base.

Inbound and Outbound Sales & Client Success Key Responsibilities:
· Client communication: respond quickly to inbound calls, emails, and website leads to identify needs and offer service solutions
· Strategic planning: create sales strategies for new account acquisition and existing account growth
· Business development: identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to new and existing clients
· Closing new business: prospect new clients by conducting discovery calls and email campaigns to close deals
· Prepare and send service-type and routine service proposals: conduct consistent follow-up to convert opportunities into closed deals
· Manage existing accounts: maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensure their satisfaction, handling renewals and negotiations. Conduct post-service satisfaction follow-up
· Internal collaboration: communicate details to all teams for a seamless client experience
· Track and meet weekly activity and conversion KPIs: maintain a clean, updated, and organized sales pipeline
· Assist with small quantity drop-off clients
Qualifications:
You must have great communication skills and strong follow-up skills. Able to work independently and make decisions. Excel in organization and time management. You must be personable and possess people skills. You must be flexible, positive, enthusiastic, and have a growth mindset. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· High School Diploma required, advanced degree a plus
· Minimum of 3 years of client services, inbound and outbound sales or related experience required
· Prior CRM and email campaign experience preferred
· Proven track record of learning industry-specific software
· Ability to manage a fast-paced inbox and pipeline
· Strong phone presence is a must
· Proficient with a solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
· 7-year clear background check – local, state, federal
· Clear drug screening – pre-employment & random

Compensation & Benefits
Full Time: First year range based on experience: $45,000-$50,000; additional compensation & benefits include:
· 401K employer contributions (automatic 3% after 6 months)
· Paid Time Off and eight paid holidays
· Insurance: health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability; Optional: additional life, spousal life and short-term disability.
Location: Pipersville (On-site), PA – Must be able to reliably commute to this location. Monday – Friday. Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm. Candidate within a 40-minute commute preferred.
