Responsibilities
•Manage multiple mechanical and plumbing projects simultaneously.
•Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
•Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
•Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
•Monitor project progress to ensure quality, safety, and profitability goals are met.
•Prepare and submit project documentation, change orders, and progress reports.
•Resolve project issues and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
•Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience in the mechanical and/or plumbing industry.
•Strong understanding of commercial and industrial mechanical systems.
•Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
•Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
