Titan Material Handling has served Middle Tennessee since 2019, providing forklift sales, rentals, parts, and service to warehouses, manufacturers, and distribution centers across the region. Along with our Titan Dock & Door division, we keep our customers' operations moving. We're growing, and we're looking for experienced technicians who take pride in doing the job right the first time.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair electric and internal combustion forklifts, including engine, hydraulic, electrical, and transmission systems
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on customer fleets
- Troubleshoot using diagnostic software, meters, and schematics
- Complete service orders accurately, documenting parts used, hours, and repair details
- Communicate directly with customers on findings, recommended repairs, and timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and service vehicle
- Work on a range of equipment including [Heli, Moffett, Bendi, Toyota, Hyster-Yale, Crown, etc.]
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of hands-on forklift or heavy equipment repair experience
- Strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting ability — able to read schematics and diagnose without guessing
- Own set of hand tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Ability to lift [50] lbs and work in warehouse and outdoor conditions
- Professional, customer-facing demeanor — you're the face of Titan at every stop
- Preferred: manufacturer training/certifications, LP and diesel engine experience, electric forklift troubleshooting.
