As a Customer Service Associate, you will be a vital part of our customer engagement team, providing exceptional service and sales support through in-person interactions. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working directly with people, helping customers find solutions, and being an essential part of a growing team. Communicating with customers in their preferred language is essential to driving our client’s success and supporting our company’s growth.

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers daily to assess their needs and match them with the best products and services
  • Assist in translating customer inquiries, documents, or promotional materials as needed
  • Provide expert recommendations and assist with inquiries in a professional manner
  • Adapt communication styles to provide a personalized customer experience based on different cultural expectations
  • Escalate high-value sales opportunities to senior Account Managers
  • Track, manage, and document customer interactions, sales, and leads
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and client expectations
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to enhance customer experiences

Customer Service Associate Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Some college coursework preferred (but not required)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing related field
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide excellent customer support across diverse customer backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing, professional, and articulate personality
  • Flexibility to work varied hours based on business needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
