The Warranty Specialist is responsible for managing the warranty claims process to maximize recovery and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also supports store employees by providing guidance on warranty procedures.

- Manage Product Improvement Programs (PIPs) and warranty claims to ensure appropriate recovery for warrantable repairs made on behalf of vendors.
- Oversee the proper processing of warrantable parts returns, ensuring compliance with vendor requirements.
- Coordinate the accurate documentation of labor hours and failure descriptions for warranty claims.
- Analyze reports to optimize the efficiency of the warranty claims process and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stores, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate the warranty process in a timely and accurate manner.
Required:
- 5 years of related experience
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, store teams, and warranty specialists.
- Knowledge of warranty processes and vendor expectations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and report on warranty-related data.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.
