- Department Leadership: Oversee marketing, merchandising, and daily operations of the Parts Department, while fostering relationships with customers and manufacturers

Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years’ related experience and/or related military experience or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc)
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours
- Ability to effectively lead and manage people
- Strong customer service skills
