- Sales Excellence: Respond to inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, and provide expert advice on equ i p m e n t rental options to meet customer needs. Perform comprehensive needs ass essments to accurately identify the customer's project r equ i rements, timelines, and budget constraints
- Customer Engagement: Strengthen collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize equ i p m e n t fleet utilization and drive new business opportunities
- Professional Representation: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both in-person and on the phone, and ensure that your knowledge of equ i p m e n t inventory enables you to offer innovative and effective solutions to customers

Qualifications
Required:
- Have 1 years related work experience OR a high school diploma/GED
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours
- Strong customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
