Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our assigned store(s), build and lead high-performing teams, and exceed operational and business goals. Responsibilities

• Financial and Performance Management: Understand and communicate key financial drivers, utilize management team to ensure that departments across the area meet or surp ass sales goals and financial targets
• Customer Interaction and Experience: Lead customer-facing and business teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Team Leadership and Development: Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent who are collaborative and customer-focused, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Policy and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and processes, including ethical transaction management and performance management in line with company guidelines. Additionally, u phold environmental, health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Required:

• 3 years’ related experience and/or related military experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high performing teams of employees to achieve successful financial and operational results
• Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and r equ ests from customers and employees
