Open Positions (Hiring Multiple for Each)Carpenters (2 Openings)
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform framing, blocking/backout, wall assemblies, floor assemblies, and roof assemblies
- Install windows and exterior doors
- Construct decks and railings
- Install siding
- Assist with general construction tasks as needed
- Maintain job site safety and quality standards
Ideal Experience
- 1–5 years of carpentry or construction experience
- Ability to read plans is a plus
- Experience in rough carpentry and exterior work preferred
Role & Responsibilities
- Install interior trim and finish components
- Work on casework, cabinetry, and countertops
- Assist with siding trim and exterior finish details
- Build decks, railings, and custom woodwork
- Perform minor framing as needed
- Install tile, LVP flooring, and interior doors
- Construct shelving and built-ins
Ideal Experience
- Strong finish carpentry skills and attention to detail
- Experience with residential or commercial interiors
- Ability to work independently and produce clean, high-quality work
Role & Responsibilities
- Hang drywall and complete finishing work
- Mud, tape, and sand seams
- Apply hand and spray textures
- Perform drywall patching and floating
- Execute masking and prep work
- Apply interior and exterior paint coatings
Ideal Experience
- Experience in drywall finishing and/or painting
- Knowledge of textures and coatings
- Ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes
- Year-round work (not just seasonal)
